On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the Seneca Forest web site. Seneca Forest is a townhome community located in Germantown, Maryland. |Holiday Trash Pick-up|
The Community's trash collection will be pushed from Thursday to FRIDAY, due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Please place trash out for collection no earlier than 5:00pm on Thursday for the Friday collection.
|New Community Parking Permits|
NEW!! All community parking permits are being replaced. All vehicles must display the new (yellow) permits or risk being towed.
|Parking Permits Pick-up Dates|
NEW!! The new parking permits must be picked up by (or be mailed to) the owner of the property. If the owner authorizes the tenant to pick-up the permits, a letter signed by the owner must be presented at the time of pick-up.

|Trash and Recycle Pickup|
UPDATED!! Trash and recycling is to be placed out for collection no earlier than 5:00pm the day before collection. Trash collection will not occur on holidays observed by Montgomery County when the landfill is closed. Please put unwanted newspapers & flyers in your recycle bins. Please keep the community appearance positive.

The common area of a homeowner’s association, condominium or cooperative is not the owner’s premises.
Animal Defecation ("pooper scooper" law) (Montgomery County Code, Sec. 5-203(a)(2)
An owner must not allow an animal to damage or defecate on property outside of the owner's property. An animal may defecate on public property or the common area of property in which the owner shares an interest if the owner immediately removes and disposes of the feces by a sanitary method approved by the Director. Feces may be picked up in a plastic bag. If this bag is placed inside another plastic bag, it may be put out for disposal in your normal household trash.
